GULF OF MEXICO. LOUISIANA. DNC 15. 30 FOOT M/V REEL THRILL 3.0, WHITE HULL WITH BLUE STRIPES, SIX PERSONS ON BOARD, OVERDUE FROM VENICE (29-16.6N 089-21.3W).
