BAY OF BISCAY. SPAIN. DNC 08. 1. CABLE OPERATIONS IN PROGRESS UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE BY M/V RESPONDER IN AREA WITHIN TEN MILES OF 43-32.8N 003-03.1W. WIDE BERTH REQUESTED. 2. CANCEL HYDROLANT 2115/21.
