1. 13 METER S/V SUCCESS, WHITE HULL, ONE PERSON ON BOARD,
   UNREPORTED. LAST REPORTED SINKING VICINITY 41-58N 011-00E.
   VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP
   LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO ROME RADIO
   OR MRCC ROME, INMARSAT-C: 4247 44220, TELEX: 611172,

Persons on board (POB): The number of people reported aboard a vessel in distress, overdue or missing.
