EASTERN CARIBBEAN SEA. MONTSERRAT. DNC 14. DISTRESS SIGNAL RECEIVED ON 406 MHZ FROM VESSEL NEW LONDON EAGLE IN 16-16.90N 062-44.40W. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO RSC SAN JUAN, PHONE: 787 289 2041, 787 729 7778, E-MAIL: SSJCC@USCG.MIL.
