SOUTH AFRICA TO BRAZIL.
TEN METER S/V TOTTEN, YELLOW HULL, ONE PERSON ON BOARD,
OVERDUE CAPE AGULHAS (34-50.0S 020-00.1E) TO BRAZIL.
VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT,
ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO MRCC CAPE TOWN
OR CAPE TOWN RADIO.
