EASTERN NORTH ATLANTIC. CAPE VERDE. DNC 01. F/V NOROESTE, GREEN AND WHITE HULL, OVERDUE. LAST KNOWN POSITION BETWEEN ISLANDS OF SAO NICOLAU (16-34.00N 024-00.00W) AND SAL (16-41.00N 023-00.00W) AT 081600Z OCT. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE.
