EASTERN NORTH ATLANTIC. CAPE VERDE. DNC 01. TEN METER LONG S/V VICTORIA, WHITE HULL, THREE PERSONS ON BOARD, OVERDUE FROM CAPE VERDE (15-06N 023-37W).
