NORTHERN CARIBBEAN SEA. MONA PASSAGE. MAN OVERBOARD FROM M/V UMAGI IN 17-58.34N 067-49.13W. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO USCG SAN JUAN, PHONE: 787 289 2041, E-MAIL: SSJCC@USCG.MIL.
