EASTERN NORTH ATLANTIC. DISTRESS SIGNAL RECEIVED FROM VESSEL NAVE COSMOS IN 17-36N 030-06W. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO MRCC DAKAR, PHONE: 22 133 826 5001, FAX: 22 133 826 5000.
