EASTERN SOUTH ATLANTIC. ANGOLA. DNC 01. CABLE OPERATIONS IN PROGRESS UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE BY CABLESHIP ILE DE SEIN IN AREA BOUND BY 08-42.61S 013-21.17E, 10-42.48S 013-21.17E, 10-42.48S 005-09.89E, 08-42.61S 005-09.89E. ONE MILE BERTH REQUESTED.
