EASTERN SOUTH ATLANTIC. ANGOLA. DNC 01. CABLE OPERATIONS 06 NOV UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE BY CABLESHIP RENE DESCARTES WITH SUBMERSIBLE ALONG TRACKLINE BETWEEN 09-34.4S 013-09.6E AND 09-24.8S 007-34.9E. TWO MILE BERTH REQUESTED.
