MAN OVERBOARD FROM VESSEL ROSA BRANCA II IN
02-31S 040-50W AT 032343Z FEB. VESSELS IN VICINITY
REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF
POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO ANY COASTAL RADIO STATION.
