NORTH SEA. ENGLAND. DNC 20. UNDERWATER OPERATIONS IN PROGRESS UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE BY CABLESHIP ILE D'AIX IN AREA WITHIN TWO MILES OF 54-15.8N 000-01.2E. ONE MILE BERTH REQUESTED.
