IRISH SEA. ISLE OF MAN. DNC 20. CABLE OPERATIONS IN PROGRESS UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE BY CABLESHIP CABLE VIGILANCE WITH SUBMERSIBLE IN AREA WITHIN FOUR MILES OF 53-48.20N 004-28.40W. ONE MILE BERTH REQUESTED.
