IRISH SEA. ISLE OF MAN. DNC 20. CABLE OPERATIONS IN PROGRESS UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE BY CABLESHIP ILE DE BATZ IN VICINITY OF 53-51.0N 004-59.4W. ONE MILE BERTH REQUESTED.
