MEDITERRANEAN SEA. LIBYA. CABLE REPAIR OPERATIONS IN PROGRESS UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE BY CABLESHIP RENE DESCARTES WITH SUBMERSIBLE ALONG TRACKLINE JOINING 32-40.07N 014-19.00E, 32-40.07N 014-19.80E, 32-40.70N 014-22.00E. ONE MILE BERTH REQUESTED.
