1. M/V NIKA TAKING ON WATER IN VICINITY 27-07.8S 029-20.6W AT 150033Z FEB. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO RCC BRAZIL. 2. CANCEL HYDROLANT 338/99.
