WESTERN MEDITERRANEAN SEA. ITALY. DNC 08. PERSONS OVERBOARD IN VICINITY OF 39-00N 009-00E. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE.
