EASTERN MEDITERRANEAN SEA. STRAIT OF SICILY. DNC 08, DNC 09. CANOE, YELLOW HULL, UNREPORTED KELIBIA (36-50.1N 011-06.3E) TO PANTELLERIA (36-47.0N 011-59.2E). VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE.
