WESTERN SOUTH ATLANTIC. URUGUAY. 1. DISTRESS SIGNAL RECEIVED ON 406 MHZ VICINITY 35-16S 052-52W. YELLOW LIFERAFT ADRIFT. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO ANY COASTAL RADIO STATION. 2. CANCEL HYDROLANT 444/11.
