GULF OF MEXICO. TEXAS. DNC 15. M/V SALTY, TWO PERSONS ON BOARD, DISABLED AND ADRIFT DUE TO ENGINE FAILURE IN 27-38.00N 094-44.00W AT 111432Z MAR.
