EASTERN CARIBBEAN SEA. GRENADA. DISTRESS SIGNAL RECEIVED ON 406 MHZ FROM M/V CAPE BLOSSOM IN 12-02N 061-40W. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO U.S. COAST GUARD SAN JUAN, PHONE: 787 289 2041, E-MAIL: SSJCC@USCG.MIL.
