   PERSONS ENTERING LIFERAFT. LAST KNOW POSITION
   15 MILES SOUTHWEST OF OTHONOI ISLAND (39-51N 019-22E).
   VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT,

Persons on board (POB)
The number of people reported aboard a vessel in distress, overdue or missing.
Position (degrees and minutes)
