GULF OF GUINEA. GHANA. DNC 01. CABLE OPERATIONS 23 FEB UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE BY CABLESHIP LEON THEVENIN IN AREA BOUND BY 05-31N 000-07W, 05-27N 000-07W, 05-27N 000-03W, 05-31N 000-03W. WIDE BERTH REQUESTED.
