GULF OF MEXICO. FLORIDA. DNC 15. POSSIBLE MAN OVERBOARD FROM 16 FOOT VESSEL, WHITE HULL, CAPSIZED AND ADRIFT IN 28-32.10N 084-16.37W. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO RCC MIAMI, PHONE: 305 415 6800, E-MAIL: RCCMIAMI@USCG.MIL.
