EASTERN NORTH ATLANTIC. BAY OF BISCAY. UNDERWATER OPERATIONS IN PROGRESS UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE BY M/V METEOR IN AREA BOUND BY 47-00N 006-00W, 47-10N 004-30W, 46-10N 004-00W, 46-00N 005-00W. WIDE BERTH REQUESTED.
