SOUTHWESTERN INDIAN OCEAN.
1. VESSEL GRAND COUNT DISABLED AND ADRIFT IN
   27-29S 039-03E. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED
   TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE.
   REPORTS TO ANY COASTAL RADIO STATION.
2. CANCEL HYDROPAC 998/13.
