SOUTHWESTERN INDIAN OCEAN. VESSEL GRAND COUNT DISABLED AND ADRIFT IN 28-04S 041-01E. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO ANY COASTAL RADIO STATION.
