SOUTH CHINA SEA. HONG KONG. DNC 23. CHART 93733. 1. DNC LIBRARY A2357840 UPDATED IN VDU PATCH 14/16. 2. RECENT SHIP REPORTS INDICATE LOCAL TRAFFIC IS STILL USING TRAFFIC SEPARATION SCHEME (TSS) ORIENTED 090-270 DEGREES ALONG TRACKLINE BETWEEN 22-08N 114-06E AND 22-08N 114-20E BASED ON CHINESE CHARTS. VESSELS ARE ADVISED TO USE CAUTION. 3. CANCEL HYDROPAC 795/16.
