EAST CHINA SEA. NANSEI SHOTO. 2.8 TON F/V SAKURA, WHITE HULL, ONE PERSON ON BOARD, UNREPORTED 26-14.7N 127-27.0E AT 011630Z APR TO FISHING GROUND UCHIZAN (26-12.6N 127-25.5E). VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO JAPAN COAST GUARD.
