BAY OF BENGAL. BURMA. DNC 03. PIPELINE OPERATIONS IN PROGRESS UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE BY M/V PACIFIC RAPIER IN AREA BOUND BY 19-29.4N 093-18.8E, 19-26.4N 093-29.9E, 19-25.5N 093-29.5E, 19-28.4N 093-18.5E. WIDE BERTH REQUESTED.
