PHILIPPINE SEA. DNC 12. DISTRESS SIGNAL RECEIVED ON 406 MHZ FROM AIRCRAFT IN VICINITY 27-59-13N 141-03-28E AT 090602Z APR. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO JAPAN COAST GUARD, PHONE: 814 5663 4999.
