PHILIPPINE SEA. JAPAN. DNC 12. MAN OVERBOARD FROM M/V MORNING CARINA IN VICINITY OF TRACKLINE JOINING 26-13.80N 142-36.70E AT 271200 NOV AND 26-29.40N 140-27.70E AT 272345 NOV. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO JAPAN COAST GUARD, PHONE: 814 5663 4999.
