NORTH PACIFIC. DNC 12. 1. 180 METER LONG M/V AEGEAN LEADER, DISABLED AND ADRIFT DUE TO ENGINE FAILURE IN 34-15.6N 165-20.4E AT 010300Z APR. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO ANY COASTAL RADIO STATION. 2. CANCEL HYDROPAC 1099/15.
