WESTERN NORTH PACIFIC. 24 METER F/V HOYO MARU NR 18 DISABLED AND ADRIFT DUE TO ENGINE DAMAGE IN 33-29N 165-55E AT 252340Z NOV. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO ANY COASTAL RADIO STATION.
