PERSIAN GULF. U.A.E. DNC 10. UNDERWATER OPERATIONS IN PROGRESS UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE BY M/V QMS HURACAN IN 25-58.25N 055-59.30E. WIDE BERTH REQUESTED.
