1. SMALL VESSEL CARRYING SEVEN PIRATES, ARMED WITH AUTOMATIC WEAPONS, ATTACKED A SALVAGE TUG UNDERWAY IN 01-08N 103-35E AT 220800Z JUN. CREW MEMBERS LOCKED THEMSELVES IN CABINS. THREE PIRATES BOARDED THE VESSEL BUT WERE UNABLE TO ENTER CABINS, LEFT THE VESSEL AND ARE REPORTED TO BE HEADED SOUTH. CAUTION ADVISED. 2. CANCEL THIS MSG 16 JUL.
