1. FIVE PIRATES ARMED WITH LONG KNIVES AND SWORDS IN A FIVE METER WOODEN BOAT APPROACHED A TUG TOWING A BARGE UNDERWAY IN 01-08.9N 103-45.1E AT 111900Z JUL. FOUR PIRATES BOARDED THE TUG AND TIED UP THE CREW. THEY STOLE SHIP'S PROPERTIES, CREW PERSONAL BELONGINGS, CASH AND ESCAPED. NO INJURIES TO CREW. CAUTION ADVISED. 2. CANCEL THIS MSG 02 AUG.
