NORTHERN INDIAN OCEAN. SRI LANKA. DNC 03. CABLE LAYING OPERATIONS IN PROGRESS UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE BY CABLESHIP ILE DE BATZ IN AREA BOUND BY 05-40.57N 079-03.34E, 05-34.43N 079-02.27E, 05-20.14N 079-38.65E. ONE MILE BERTH REQUESTED.
