SOUTH CHINA SEA. MALAYSIA. DNC 03. 1. VESSEL PABLO ON FIRE IN 02-01.70N 104-44.80E. THREE PERSONS REMAIN MISSING. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE.
