ARABIAN SEA. DNC 03, DNC 10. VESSEL SANK IN 20-14N 063-03E AT 240425Z MAY. 15 PERSONS REMAIN MISSING. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO ANY COASTAL RADIO STATION.
