ARABIAN SEA. DNC 10. F/V KAMRAN ON FIRE AND PERSONS REQUIRING MEDICAL ASSISTANCE IN 14-35N 061-12E. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO ANY COASTAL RADIO STATION.
