THREE METER VESSEL, FOUR PERSONS ON BOARD, CAPSIZED AND ADRIFT IN 16-47N 119-37E. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO MRCC HONG KONG, TELEX: 82952.
