NORTHERN INDIAN OCEAN. SRI LANKA. DNC 03. UNDERWATER OPERATIONS IN PROGRESS UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE BY M/V X-PRESS KOHIMA IN 05-52.7N 080-58.1E. WIDE BERTH REQUESTED.
