BAY OF BENGAL. SRI LANKA. DNC 03. 1. SALVAGE OPERATIONS IN PROGRESS UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE ON M/V NEW DIAMOND IN 08-13.2N 082-39.9E. WIDE BERTH REQUESTED. 2. CANCEL HYDROPAC 2671/20.
