1. S/V ISLAND EXPLORER, ONE PERSON ON BOARD, BROKEN RUDDER IN 11-07S 045-33E AT 101100Z NOV. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO MRCC REUNION, INMARSAT: 4227 99193, TELEX: 916140, PHONE: 26 243 4343, FAX: 26 271 1595. 2. CANCEL HYDROPAC 1820/01(75), CABLE RECOVERED. 3. CANCEL HYDROPAC 1824/01.
