WESTERN NORTH PACIFIC. SEA OF OKHOTSK. KURIL ISLANDS. DNC 24. CHART 96840. NAVIGATION PROHIBITED 22 JUN UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE WITHIN FIVE MILES OF MATUA (48-06N 153-12E).
