SOUTH CHINA SEA. DNC 03, DNC 11. 1. DISTRESS SIGNAL RECEIVED FROM VESSEL SEALINK 161 IN 05-24.6N 105-21.3E AT 161255Z MAY. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE.
