WESTERN INDIAN OCEAN. 1. F/V CHUN YING DESTROYED BY FIRE IN 01-13.28N 055-24.17E. DERELICT LIFERAFT RECOVERED IN 01-06N 055-25E. 15 PERSONS REMAIN MISSING. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE.
