WESTERN NORTH PACIFIC. DNC 12. DISTRESS SIGNAL RECEIVED IN 27-06N 142-01E AT 100023Z JUN. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO JAPAN COAST GUARD, PHONE: 814 5663 4999.
